Valheim 1.0 Achievements List: All 53 + How to Unlock

Valheim 1.0 shipped 53 Steam achievements, confirmed by Steam stats page. Full names, unlock rates, and how to earn every trophy, including Kall Fimbulbringer.

Valheim spent more than five years in Early Access with zero achievements. Iron Gate saved the full system for the 1.0 launch, and Steam’s own stats page now confirms exactly 53 of them. This guide lists every one — the official internal name from Steam’s API, the display name shown in the client, the live global unlock rate, and what you have to do to earn it.

Sourcing note. The 53-name list and the global unlock percentages come straight from Steam’s official achievement stats API (api.steampowered.com/ISteamUserStats/GetGlobalAchievementPercentagesForApp). Display names and unlock conditions are taken from the in-game/Steam-client achievement text as reported consistently across multiple independent guides. Rates are live as of 14 September 2026 and shift as the player base grows.

How the List Breaks Down

Eight boss achievements. Each Forsaken has its own kill achievement, in order: Eikthyr, The Elder, Bonemass, Moder, Yagluth, The Seeker Queen, Fader, and the new Deep North finale Kall Fimbulbringer. Steam hides the description on all eight until earned.

Boss-style milestones. Three sit beside the boss list and change how you fight: Stronger Together (co-op kill), Lone Wolf (solo kill), and The Viking / The Tough Viking / The Toughest Viking — a difficulty ladder where clearing every boss on Hard also satisfies the lower tiers. Odin is Pleased covers all dungeon minibosses.

Building & comfort. The Homesteader, The Architect, The Builder (500 pieces), Mighty Halls, Top of the World, The Carpenter (build everything), and Comfort is King.

Crafting & food. The Blacksmith, The Artisan, The Chosen One (Dyrnwyn), The Cook, The Master Chef, The Gourmet, No Adventuring On an Empty Stomach, and The Beekeeper.

Exploration & hunting. The Explorer, The Pathfinder (no map), The Sailor, The Captain, The Legends Are True (world’s edge), The Hunter, The Master Hunter (Hard), The Trophy Collector, The Fisherman, A Catch Worthy of Njord, The Forager, The Treasure Hunter, and No Time For Snoozing.

Survival & spirit unlocks. The Survivor, The Lumberjack, The Farmer, Accidents Happen, That Can’t Be an Accident, Obliterated, Are You Alright?, plus the combo spirits Child of Odin and Kings and Queens of Valheim.

Quick Tips for a Faster Completion

• Plan around the tracker reset. Because progress starts at the 1.0 install, knock out early bosses and grinds on a fresh 1.0 save rather than assuming your old world counts.
• Hard-mode bosses once. Clearing all eight on Hard satisfies The Viking and The Tough Viking too, so do one Hard run instead of three.
• Stack the grinds. Eating berries feeds both The Forager and the food count; cooking every dish also progresses the fishing set through recipes.
• Avoid cheats on your main. Most devcommands flag the character/world and disable achievements. If you must use them, the 1.0.12 opt-in command re-enables achievements afterward — details in the console commands guide.
• Save the Deep North for last. Kall Fimbulbringer caps the boss chain and feeds several spirit unlocks; the Deep North & Kall Fimbulbringer guide covers the summon path.

A Note on a Possible “Platinum”

A few third-party guides describe a completionist capstone (sometimes called The Most Worthy) that unlocks only after every other achievement. It does not appear in Steam’s official 53-entry stats API list as fetched for this guide, so it is marked [UNCONFIRMED] and is not counted among the 53 above. If Steam later adds it, the official API is the source of truth to check.
